Cara /petua supaya sambal belacan tak berbau belacan nan busuk tapi ada rasa belacan. tajuk panjang giler ek..




Bahan

Cili api 20-30 tangkai
1sb gula pasir / gula merah 
1st garam halus
3 biji limau nipis (diperah dan di ambil patinya)
1 sudu besar cuka makan
Belacan sebesar ibu jari
Bawang merah/bawang besar

Petuanya : Bawang dan belacan dibakar atas api sehingga garing (bukan hangus yer)

cara penyediaan:

Masukkan semua bahan dalam blender kecuali pati limau dan cuka(sekarang dan moden dik.. semua masuk blender sudah. nak tumbuk menumbuk pakai batu lesung ni, haru jiran tetangga degar kalau duk umah apartment macam aku ni) dan blend kan semua sehingga lumat. kemudian alihkan kedalam mangkuk danmasukkan pati limau serta cuka tadi. Sedia dihidang dan dicicah dengan pelbagai ulaman bagi yang meminati sayuran hijau dan ulaman. 

P/s : percaya atau tidak bau sambal belacan kat tangan takkan ada.. hihi.. enjoy ur sambal belacan sampai lebam yer..Dan lagi sambal belacan ni bertahan hingga 2 ke 3 bulan. disebabkan cuka tadi. So pastikan masukkan dalam bekas yang bertutup rapi dan simpan ditempat sejuk seperti fridge ok.
