Ayam grill air asam

Satu hari tu tiba tiba craving gile nak makan ayam grill cicah air asam..pergh sebut pun dah kecur air liur. So balik rumah gigih lah buat. Senang sangat nak buat nak masak memang masuk mulut pun lagi lagi lah senang.




Bahan bahan

Separuh ayam (potong potong 4 atau 6)

Halia – separuh (sebesar ibu jari)

Bawang putih 3 ulas , bawang besar 1 biji,

Satu sudu besar sos tiram

Satu sudu kunyit serbuk

Chili flake, gula, garam (cukuprase).

1 sudu besar minyak masak




Bahan bahan tadi di blend bersama dan akhirnya gaulkan bersama ayam diperap (15minit). Lepas tu dah boleh bakar yer. Macam aku guna magic pan memang mudah pantas dan rumah pun xpenuh asap. Sangat selamat dalam 15 minit ke 20 minit ayam grill dan siap masak untuk di hidang.

Cara buat air asam.

Bawang besar 1 ulas (potong slice)

Cili 6-10 biji (potong kecik2)

Asam jawa (campur air dan dapatkan pati)

Asam limau 2 biji.

Gula 1 cubit.

Gaul semua bahan..tadaaaa.. siap untuk dihidang dicicah bersama ayam grill tadi. Memang sedap tau. Cubalah.
